August 31 2022: Contacted Precision for garage door repair. Service call easily fit working from home schedule. Technician Jonathan Topping called while enroute with ETA, most help in managing this customers work schedule. Jonathan was professional, courteous, respectful and on time. Residential broken garage door spring was removed/replaced with better than OEM parts. Evaluation was provided on overall condition of other door parts, was provided with cost estimate to keep garage door operating as designed for years to come. Jonathan gets 10/10 rating from this discerning home owner. Good job Jonathan, and thank you again.

Chris and Sean spent several hours installing our three new garage doors. They arrived on time, were professional and pleasant to work with. Chris found that lightbulbs had not been included in our order and arranged for a technician to bring them by the next day. We love our new doors and will have no problem recommending Prescision, and Chris and Sean.

All went well I believe. Mike the Technician was here on time, was organized and confident. He was personable and did his work well and on time. I am happy with the result. Only thing I'm unhappy about is that I did not see a clear estimate before the work started. He did throw out some $ #'s first, but not tallied up or anything, until later, so the final invoice was a a sticker shock, but I realize this was necessary work and am not disputing it.
