Henry was early, professional, and very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and got me a quote. In about 10 minutes he had installed new bearings and the door quietly opened. I honestly don’t remember if I’ve ever known it to be so quiet. He lubed all the pieces and demonstrated how I should do maintenance. He cleaned up everything, even the old parts! VERY impressed 😊
