Hello, Kat and Vince came out to examine my garage door, recommend repair/replacement/upgrade options, and provide me with a variety of estimate for those options. I was pleased with the timeliness of their visit in the window provided, the courtesy call in advance, and the willingness to answer all of my questions about options and combinations thereof. I communicated with the director of our HOA association to confirm door design compatibility and discuss HOA deadlines before down-selecting the best option to meet my needs. I have reached out to Kat with additional questions and she was very speedy/thorough in her response. I expect to make an option selection this week. Based on my experience to date I would definitely recommend working with Kat/Precision Door to my neighbors, family, and friends.

Nicholas Alby, the repair technician that came to our house, was incredible!! Extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and professional. His "can do" attitude and demeanor gave us peace of mind that everything was going to be ok. Not only did he get our inoperable garage door back in working order, he took the time to ensure that everything - from the door's sensors to springs to the motor - we're also safely functioning properly. Additionally, he offered great advice for maintaining the door's functionality, gave us a troubleshooting checklist to follow if something is not working properly, and provided us with an estimate to install new springs & bearings given the age of our classic wood carriage door; extremely heavy :) We can not thank him enough for his kindness and work ethic. We will be replacing our springs & bearings in the near future, and will most certainly be calling upon Precision Door Service and Nicholas to do the work!
