The tech was awesome - very friendly, knocked out the job quickly with high quality and attention to detail. The ordering process was a bit klunky and leaves some room for improvement. Once I had the estimates (which I got back very quickly via email), I tried to accept the order and make a payment via the website (per instructions in the email), but it would not allow me to do this. I then called the office, left a call back number, but never got a call back. A couple of days later I called the office again, and the service rep said they could not check inventory for the door I was ordering, so they had me call the estimator to have them confirm inventory and take payment. If I had known I should just call the estimator when I was ready to place the order, I would have done that the first time.

Hey your repair man (Nicholas) did a fantastic job and was very instrumental in our deciding to buy two new doors and needed attachments. We had a broken spring on one of the garage doors, in the event of our decision to buy new doors ect., he did fix the one spring (at no cost) and walked us thru the process on buying the new doors and needed attachments. He is a good person to have on your team and pays attention and presents a very professional point of view for your company and products.

The service from the technician was very good - he was prompt, courteous, and efficient. The interaction with the office left something to be desired as they texted me they could not make the appt on Sat, but the phone # I left was a landline and unable to receive texts. When I called them on Sat to ask about why the tech had not come, they said they also tried to call me, but I have a log of all calls and there were none from the office, so they did not tell me the truth, and wouldn't admit they screwed up. You need to be aware that not everyone has a cell phone these days and you need to make accommodations for that.
