My garage door was out of alignment, and not going up or down. It had pronated sideways and was jammed-up. Additionally it had been damaged when closing so was missing a few of the rollers. I tried to fix it myself which did not work. I ended up partially removing the lower panel, dislodging the cable system, and almost losing an eye. After this my wife banned me from working on the garage door. I was recommended Precision Garage Door of Seattle by my pops. He said they were the best in Seattle area. Precision Garage Door was able to schedule an appointment the next day and fix my garage door in about 1hr and 20 minutes. My garage door now runs better than it did before it was broken. Nathan the technician was knowledgeable, friendly and he helped me learn a little more about what not to do myself :) Thanks!

Nicholas arrived to the minute of his scheduled appointment. WOW what a pleasant way to start the day. Nicholas tested my garage door opener's operation and examined all the cables, wheels and pulleys. He told me that I should do some maintenance on the rail and pulleys or consider new doors and new system.
