Ben Bahr is super nice, reliable, courteous, and does a great job. Today he serviced our garage doors (oiled, tightened & replaced screws, put a roller back on, fixed lights, and maybe more). He also put in a new key pad (old one broke). So glad he is a loyal employee and has stayed with Precision all these years. By default, I have been a loyal customer. Thank you!

The company scheduled me quickly for a free estimate and sent me a text/photo of the technician, Wes, who gave me a quote for a new door. I appreciated the specific information Wes provided with samples of real doors/installation, what I would need to do to prepare for the installation, and deposit and time-line for the actual installation.
