Hi Karlou,
I appreciate the service that you provided, especially your quickness in replying to my request for maintenance to my garage doors.
However, there is one minor problem in the operation of the garage door that we use the most [i.e. the garage door on the left as you pull up to the garage doors from the street].
Since you left we have open/shut this garage door about 5-10 times. When shutting it we have utilized three different control-mechanisms [a portable controller that my wife carries in her car; a permanently mounted battery powered control-mechanism which is mounted near the garage door on the outside of the house; and a permanently mounted control switch located inside the garage near the door for entering our house through our garage].
I observed this same thing happening when you were testing the operation of the same garage door just prior to completing the repair. You were able to correct this problem by making an adjustment at the ceiling-mounted control box which operates this garage door.
So, my garage door is not operating correctly all the time right now. Should I try to make adjustments at the control box to correct the problem, or would it be better for you to drop by to finish the repair?
Respectfully,
Jerry Grummer
