Very pleased! Appointment made within one day and repairs completed the same day. Carlos was very professional. I had springs replaced and a new GDO installed. The unit works much smoother and quieter. Good investment in maintenance for an older door and opener that will provide many more years of life.

Carl was prompt, professional, and friendly. My garage door opener was not working consistently. Carl asked if I had replaced any lightbulbs recently and I told him yes. He diagnosed my issue within a few minutes and my garage door was back to working properly! FYI- regular LED lightbulbs interfere with the frequency in the garage opener motor. Use lightbulbs specifically made for garage door openers. Thanks Carl!
