Sorry not happy with your service for my garage door opener. After hearing that the garage door was to heavey and thats what caused the failure to me it sounded like a sales pitch to buy new doors. But luckily i got second opinion and guess what new motor installed tech adjusted and replaced a few missing nuts. Works like it should Got to give praise to Dependable Doors in Federal Way. My new door guy.

Was able to get a same day service when I contacted via 'chat' on website (a real person, not a chatbot!) He called and said he could come an hour earlier (which was fine by me). Good process on making sure I knew when Bryson was coming (phone, email, texts) and what he looked like (email, text msg). Quick service, gave me two options after inspection (regular lube/oil or replace the rollers since they were ok but getting older). Also discussed why the door may have been acting up (not broken, just older with vibration quirks). Decided to replace the rollers as well. Whole service went quickly and efficiently with no surprises. Gave it a few days to make sure door seemed to be working ok again before doing this review. So far, so good. Would happily use Precision again.
