Precision Door responded very quickly to what I considered a disastrous situation. The tech, Bryson Kahue, was professional and extremely polite. He was able to get my garage door which was completely bent out of shape back to the point that it was able o be closed. This was something that I honestly did not think would be possible. Mr. Kahue went above and beyond magnificent service. Because of his professional attitude and extremely helpful service I will be buying a new garage door from Precision Door to replace what is now a useless garage door. If all of Precision Door's employees are as helpful and professional as Mr. Kahue they will always get my business and I will whole heartedly recommend them to all my friends and family.

Duchaum was great! He came early to the appointment. I explained to him the issue I was having and right off the bat he knew how to fix it. He even gave me some tips on what to do if the power goes out and how to keep the garage door running more smoothly. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that is having garage door problems. They are fast and efficient and you don't have to wait a week to set up an appointment.

I called Precision to repair my garage door. It was not opening and closing. I called on Saturday and made an appointment and the appointment was set for the following day between 8 to 10 AM. I received a call from Evan at 730 and he let me know he would be on time and arrive at 830. Evan was professional and was here for less that an hour and fixed my door. I would recommend Precision to anyone who needs a professional company to repair their garage door!
