He immediately understood the problem and spent time mending a damaged portion of the closing mechanism then getting the door closed and locked, providing needed security for me and my house until he could return with a replacement for the damaged piece. The service albeit slow as Order was placed late Oct and was finally delivered mid-March, was great. Their communication regarding delivery flawless and Nikolai was very professional. Unfortunately one panel was damaged however he assured me this would reordered and replaced. I am hoping this will happen before next Halloween!
