Sean was professional, informative, polite and genuinely helpful in getting the problem solved. which was a worn-out circuit board and not a remote problem. Now that he has left, I am going to call him and order a new circuit board even tho it will take two weeks. Am so happy I called Precision.

Prompt response and very knowledgeable. Turns out nothing was really wrong. I thought downward force sensitivity was not adjusted right, but Drew educated me hat with the electric sensors, this is not required. Note that the Service Request above is not correct, was not broken springs.
