Service man showed up on time, knew what he was doing, made everything perfect again. The problem should have been detected by the other garage door company who had been out to check the misfiring of the door at least twice. I will not be calling them. Our appointment timeframe was 10 to 12. Nathen called at 9:30 to say he’d be there in 30 to 35 minutes; it was 35 minutes exactly. He diagnosed the problem and discussed the options and had it repaired by 11:15. Great service and a very nice technician!
