Mike arrived promptly with a company truck fully equipped with all the necessary repair parts. Cable had to be replaced and the new cable had to be cut to size. Learned a lot from him about how a fully adjusted door should operate. Very knowledgeable and experienced. I will hire them again.
I have chosen Precision because I had a very bad experience with a fly-by-night outfit who they sent a contract technician (Middle Eastern accent) that isn’t capable and fully equipped.
