Excellent service! Not only was it same-day, but Jake was ahead of schedule and I was home, so in a win-win he came about three hours early (with 20 minute notice). Turns out the repair was super simple and because we were so flexible on time they didn’t even charge me. Highly recommend Precision Garage Door (they had installed the opener and repaired all of the door hardware several years ago). Two thumbs up!
