Jake identified the problem right away. We had replaced a burned out lightbulb with LED bulb, which apparently interfered with the signal on the remotes. Once he put incandescent bulbs in all worked well. Very satisfied with prompt service and knowledge of technician.

Carl Richardson was ahead of schedule so he arrived hours earlier than scheduled! And we had just scheduled our appointment within the hour. We were debating between repairing our garage door and getting a new door - we ended up doing both! Carl installed a new garage door spring, and fixed the roller which was slightly off and the cable. Same day service is a bonus! Carl was very professional and seemed knowledgeable. He answered all our questions. We have a low clearance garage so our current garage door does not allow us to open up the car trunks fully. The new garage door will add 10-12 inches of clearance for opening our car trunks. Plus we ordered windows in our new garage door which will provide more natural light, and a better garage door opener. Due to COVID, it will take 9-11 weeks which is ok since we are working on other house projects!

The Tech: Matthew Guerrero that worked on our garage was by far the most professional and complete service person to ever work on our house...inside or out. He is an asset to your company. Treat him well. Your office practices are in far greater need of improvement. The current charge card machines your employees use need a receipt given directly to the customer at the time their card is used. I would very much have liked to have a copy of the contract or order for the proposed work to be done. This project was covered by insurance and there was nothing to pass on to the the insurance company except when the charges appeared on my monthly credit card bill. Paper Work is inexpensive but a necessity and a need for most large improvements or changes made to a house. Is there any sort of guarantee or warranty? If there is I would like a copy mailed to the address of the job site. Receipts of the cr. card charges as well as the proposed job as I previously mentioned. We too have bills to pay and issues to justify repair. Thank you for the opportunity to express this and perhaps help you out just a little if nobody else has told you this. Thank Matthew as well. Mike did an excellent job and I will recommend Precision to any of my neighbors who may have any problems with their garage door(s). One of the springs broke and since it was not of good quality - only lasted 4 years - I approved replacement of that spring plus the other one with your premium quality torsion springs - Powder coated and weather resistant. Many thanks again Mike for the Outstanding job and noticing all of the other problems with my garage door installation.
