Our garage door spring broke on a Monday and we had the springs replaced on that Friday. We’re very pleased with Nathan and his work; he assessed the entire door, springs, rollers, and opener. He explained why and how often springs can fail and gave estimates for the work. We opted to also replace the rollers; he completed the work in a very timely manner and the door is working better than ever. Our thanks to Nathan and also the receptionist who took our call.

Precision door was amazing. The first thing is I reached out to them on Friday evening that my garage door broke I can’t open because the frame is bent at the top. They gave an agent appointment next day at 12 pm. The agent Wes called me in the morning and arrived to my houses earlier, he took a look and gave a quotation for door replacement in hours and I accepted it on Monday and they called me next day and gave the appointment on Thursday’s and on that day Jean installed the door perfectly and it looks amazing. What an excellent service and everything just happened within a week timeframe. Great experience and good work

Nathan was easy to work with and talk to. I had asked for an overall inspection as it had been two years since new hardware and motors had been installed. Nathan was thorough and helpful, pointing out things I could do on my end vs. trying to sell me on what Precision would do. He gave me a quote and if/when I decide to replace the wood doors, I WILL contact him/Precision. As well, I appreciated your email with his picture, family info and bio. It quickly gave me an idea of who the technician was, an easy familiarity right away. I'd say 'well done' to whomever came up with that idea.
