Ben Bahr with Precision Garage Door, came on the right time on our scheduled day of service. Our garage doors rubber sealant were bad and had gaps, Ben did an excellent job of replacing the belt properly in the right manner. He also answered all my additional questions regarding precautionary measures, gave advice for rodents coming in through garage door gaps and also helped me set the garage door remote pin. We really liked his way of working and his explanation to the problems. We were totally satisfied with his work.

The service noted is wrong. Ben replaced all of the wheels that run in the tracks. He worked quickly and did a fine job. The wheels, however, were quite expensive and it does seem silly that ALL of them needed to be replaced as they were only sold as a complete set. But I expect that's not Ben's fault. By the way, the spring repair was done a number of years ago.

I had a great experience with Precision Garage door service before and this time I also called them for my broken spring on grage door. They sent a technician to inspect. Although they did not have the required parts at that moment, they scheduled another time to fix it. It eventually did not happen because of snow storm and my emergency need to fix the door. Though they were nice enough to refund my pre-payment for the service. I will call them again for any garage door service.
