I am 100% sure I was overcharged for this work after I checked how much springs cost in the web. The technician took advantage of my rush job to get my garage door fixed asap but I could have checked with another company that my nephew used and charged only $300.00 for parts and labor. Precision charged me a little less than $700 (>2x more). I have been a loyal customer of Precision and because of this incident I will hesitate and will be very careful in using their services again.
