Our technician was Matthew Guerrero and he and his team did a great job of installation…fast, efficient, and left the garage cleaner than it was. A very pleasant gentleman, Matt took the time to instruct us on the nuances of operation and programmed all our remotes and keypad before he left. I was also pleased that the Precision estimator came out within 24 hours of our call and the estimate for doing all 3 garage bays was almost $4000 less than the Costco bid. Moreover, they were able to do the job within 3 weeks.

Bryson Kahue was courtious and quickly assessed the issue which was a power outage shout circuted the motor. Because my Precision Garage motor is no longer available the repair will be very expensive. I will for this aforementioned reason will need to delay the replacement until after June 15th.

Benjamin was very friendly, kind and professional. He was knowledgeable in what he was doing and I appreciated all the feedback to the questions I had. He explained the estimated costs in detail and even reiterated the information again when I called my husband to explain the quote. I appreciated all the recommendations and suggestions that he gave to make our door work properly. Once he was done with the install, he went over everything he replaced and how to work it. There was only one catch in all of it which isn't that big of a deal but still worthwhile to mention up front. The openers for the garage are specific to Precision Door and no universal remotes can be used. Very minor! I also appreciated the ease of scheduling the appointment. I had to book two appointments, one business related and one personal and that went very smoothly. The text messages and email reminders were also of great help.
