First of all we had a little bit of an emergency in the morning before work started and we immediately called Precision Garage Door to see if we could get on their service list quickly. We were able to be seen day of and with the same service person who's been coming out and servicing our garage; so he knows our garage door already. It was very quick and not a painful experience--given that we were expecting that we might have to purchase a whole new door. What a relief that he was able to fix it, check to make sure it was running smoothly, and be able to do that all in one day. We have one thing that we're waiting for but that's just because it's weather stripping--no big deal in the grand scheme of things. Thanks for a job well done and excellent service! Bryson is the best!

Robert came right out, also kept me advised of the time he would be here. Was punctual. My garage door opener would not work. I thought it was the battery. He looked at the keypad and then got a ladder and noticed that the plug was loose. He plugged it in and everything worked. He tested and re-tested everything. I had a new roof put on the house (men were here picking up the extra product that they had not used) and it was the continuous pounding on the garage roof that had loosened the cord. I appreciated that Robert used his head and within minutes found and fixed the problem. He could have fiddled around with the keypad and changed a battery, etc., and I would never have been the wiser. Thank you, Robert.
