Excellent Service. Resolved our issue in a timely manner. Our technician Robert was very polite and professional. We ended up requiring a new garage door opener and this was was quickly replaced with little disruption to our household. Work area was left very clean and organized when job was complete.

Came home from an international business trip only to find that as soon as I attempted to open my garage the spring had broken. I called Precision early Saturday morning and by noon the technician Robert was onsite determining what would be needed for repair. Additionally I had been shopping garage door openers for a while and Robert walked me through some options that Precision sold and let me know he could replace not only the springs but install a new opener same day as well. I felt very informed throughout the process, he took the time to show me failure points and gave everything a once over. I certainly did not expect the level of service that I had received on such short notice. Should I ever need garage door service or repair in the future I will not hesitate to call Precision and will recommend them to others as well.
