Actually purchased drive/door/opener package.
Bad: was not informed of service fee for visit on the phone. This ended up be irrelevant both because I made a purchase, and because, upon hearing this, Jake waived the fee the moment I said something.
Good: Everything else. Package options were easy to understand. Recommendations from Jake were in direct alignment with my goals and requirements.
This is my second purchase with Precision. Both times 5 stars. No, they are not the cheapest, they shouldn't be.
