We received great service from Jake this morning. He called first, and then got here about 15 minutes earlier than the original service window - which was great! He did the standard garage door maintenance (lubing, adjusting, etc.) and also showed me the correct way to manually lock the door after manually unlocking it. He also pointed out something that the original installers had not mentioned 3 years ago: The outlets where the openers plug into are more than 6' away from the openers, which is apparently an electrical code violation - which would also void the warranty on the openers. I will contact an electrician soon to have this remedied.

We are exceptionally pleased with Precision and with Justin. Justin notified us when he was 15 minutes from our house which helped greatly as we were getting our sons to school. When he arrived he asked about the history of our garage door and asked us to describe the issue. After assessing the issue, he informed us of the issue and also indicated how the parts are progressing (wear and tear) and about how much we could expect to pay to repair/replace. He also discussed the option of a new (upgraded) motor and the specials Precision periodically run and the estimates. Will definitely be making this purchase soon.

Needed to replace 3 panels on one of two garage doors. Original doors were installed in July 2013. As these doors were no longer in stock they had to be ordered. They were ordered in October and thru several issues finally got them replaced March 24. Upon requesting an adjustment for the delays the company was more than fair. Installer did a meticulous job (Matt)--there was not even a particle of dust left behind. Excellent product.
