The initial install of my garage was difficult. There were gaps in the doors after the install (I could see outside from inside my garage), they didn't forgot to take trash after the install, once piece of the new door had a dent, and wireless garage door app equipment (the genie) didn't work. I had to escalate issues to management. I was very disappointed by my first and initial experience. Over six months later and several service calls, they made it right and resolved all my issues. Without Chasen's involvement and effort to make things right, I would have never worked with this company again. Thanks for making things right!!!
