technicians are always very polite and helpful understanding what is the apparent problem. It reminds me to schedule annual service to avoid any unforeseen issues. But even though we had had a quirk or two, the tech was able to take care of the situation in no time at all.
My only surprise, and I should not be, is that it is $59.99 to drive here and another $59.99 for the 5 minutes of service. I am sure this is standard in the business. Thank you, Patty Reid
