I had a great experience with Jake Bawden from Precision garage door service. He was out the same day that I called in for repair.
He explained the quality of the garage door I had and that it would not need replacing, what I would need to replace the door to make it work, and then was very helpful in choosing a better belt driven motor system, and all the supplies to make our garage door very quiet. Our master bedroom is right above our one car garage and the difference and how quiet it is is amazing!
With the various home improvements I have had to do overtime this was the best experience I’ve had and it was worth every penny!

Installer cut corners and used old mounts. Was told i only needed one garage door opener but ended up with two and was later told that an exterior keypad (like the one I had with the opener I thought I was keeping) would cost extra. Also had to move the interior button over because they were installed a foot apart for some reason. Called the guy who gave the quote and voiced my concerns, he told me to email him pictures and he would respond to me the following day, but never heard from him again.
Garage doors themselves look like nice quality.
