I have no problem with the technician who came to look at the door. However, I do have an issue with the lack of service and follow up.
When the technician came out on July 16, he indicated it would be approximately two weeks for the materials needed for the repair to be ready. I then received an email with an anticipated delivery date of August 18. I waited to hear back from Precision until August 19th when I reached out to ask about an update. The update was there was no update and it was unknown when to expect the materials.
With repeated follow up emails, I finally got an update on September 21. The update was that the parts may come in on October 13. I unfortunately wasn't willing to wait to hear about another delay, so I went with another contractor. Unfortunately I had made an initial payment so that Precision would make the order. I'll just write it off as a sunk cost.
