I called your company on a Sunday and was delighted that you were able to make it to my house that day. Jake Bawden arrived and did an excellent job of evaluating the situation, adjusting rails and providing maintenance to my door and rails. He eventually discovered the opener had a broken part. It appeared the part was in stock so the plan was to come out Monday to complete the job. As it turned out the part was not in stock and had to be ordered. No Problem. I was informed on Tuesday the part was on order and delivery would be advised. I did not hear back after that, received no responses to my text nor did I receive a call back to my phone message. I then went into the office to see if I could find out what date you would have the part and be back out. Everyone was very nice, but could only tell me it should ship soon. The next week, after no further communications from you, I returned to the office and found the part had been delivered but misplaced. it was found while I waited so I took the part and Jake come out that evening to install it. The work was well done, the people were nice, but I would not use your company again due to the very poor communication. Waiting is one thing, but not being kept informed is unacceptable. Jake was excellent and did everything he could to make things right.
