I do not think the Tech was Matthew here, so this is not about him at all. We waited at a project today for 2.5 hrs only to find the Tech came earlier and we were not notified, called or communicated with. On top off that, we need better communication as our clients were expecting us to meet the tech there, and they have a pretty challenging Dog to deal with.
On a separate note we have received a bill for $1100 dollars that we do not have any clarity on what it is for, no job name, no reference. so we are holding of on payment until someone can let us know what it is for.
