Carl Richardson is a valuable asset to your company. He was polite, considerate, respectful, knowledgeable, conscientious and diligent.
After unfortunate accidental damage to our garage window and insulation panels during door-spring troubleshooting & repair, Carl persevered in his efforts to rectify the damage, and was communicative along the way. Although not all repairs/replacement of panels was possible due to the lack of access to appropriate parts, Carl did his best to reach an acceptable resolution.
We would absolutely want to work with Carl again if needed in future.
