I felt that my sales rep, Chris, was friendly and low key and gave me good information to help me choose a suitable door. Both of the techs who came out, one for the temporary repair and Matt to do the install were on time, knowledgeable, and glad to answer questions. And just all around nice folks.
The door took a long time to arrive, which was expected and discussed due to supply chain issues. Communication regarding an expected delivery date was not always prompt. In the end, I feel I have a quality product at a fair price, well installed.
