Awesome service and great technician, Tim!! So personable and so efficient! He removed our old door and installed our brand new, beautiful door in less than 2 hours. We highly recommend this company!! Actually we've used them for many years in servicing our old door. No second thoughts when it came time to purchase the new door from them. Matt the Technician diagnosed an issue with our safety sensors that kept the door from closing. He showed us a temporary solution to secure the garage and ordered the failing parts. He installed those parts today, found a broken wire, and mounted the sensors more securely. Matt did an excellent job. We are very pleased with Matt and the service we received.

Matthew Guerrero and his co-worker were very, very respectful and professional with the complete installation of the garage door package, including the tracks and openers. Not to mention the dismantling/demolition of the old system that I had. They were informational, courteous and "ON TIME" exactly when they said they would arrive. They answered all of my questions in a precise manner. They were very clean and careful with dismantling of the old system and hauled away everything and left nothing to clean up. I would highly recommend Mr. Guerrero and his co-worker, so sorry I can't remember his name as the two coordinated everything perfectly. The new system works like a charm and is so quiet you don't even know it's working. I love the work they performed and will recommend Precision to everyone, worth every penny.
