On arrival he walked us thru what his assessment of the doors, and what he saw that needed to be repaired, giving us the price up front. He completed the work in a timely manner. Henry White is the technician from Precision Door Service that met with us yesterday at our home in Lakewood, WA. Our garage door was purchased from them in 2020.
There was an issue with the opener being unsuccessful in raising the door completely.
Henry was efficient, friendly and service oriented in his correcting the problem. He also gave me some handy tips regarding maintenance and future problem solving.
Henry White is a keeper! Even Santa can’t always fix naughty to nice!
