My precision garage door tech was Jesse Arreguin, so friendly, helpful and knows his stuff. I called for a tuneup and a PIN change for security reasons. Also the rubber seal on the right door had split due to weather. He checked both doors to ensure they were working properly, tweaked them to get them closing smoother, changed the PIN

Replaced, bearings, rollers springs and performed tune-up on double car garage door 26yr old. Didn't try to hard sell, just gave me choices. Seemed expensive, even with discounts but didn't get any other bids due to estimate fees.

Had original failed parts on older on which Precision had installed a new opener. They were able to come out and assess the problem within 90 minutes of contacting them and did the work quickly and efficiently. Very happy with the service and will use them again when the parts on the other door do the same.

Had issue with broken spring. Very happy with prompt sevice from Jesse. While he was here, he also helped fixing the rollers issue. So glad he did that. It is day and night after he fixed both issues. The garage door is working so much smoother and quieter now.
