"DJ" provided prompt and friendly service. He readjusted the door travel to fully close after it had been opened using the "emergency opening pull cord" during a power outage, and after I had tried unsuccessfully to do so. It took him about 10 minutes, including time to explain the process to me.
"DJ" also tried to convince me that I needed to replace door rollers that he explained were worn and rusty. They are somewhat worn (I have replaced some) but not rusty. I assured him that the rollers rolled on the shafts rather than the roller shaft rotating in the mounting. We also discussed the benefit of adding a surge protector on the outlet that powers the opener. I questioned how much power it should be rated to handle. He didn't have an answer.

They need to do a better job keeping the appointment within the window frame, if not provide an update and Courtesy call. Second spring broke because of refusal to do both under warranty even though if one fails the other usually follow suit thereafter. Two service charges and lots of inconvenience within a short period of time from each other is not very pleasant.

Carl is knowledgable and easy to work with. The initial installation went fine, but the new opener began experiencing issues shortly after Carl left. He committed to returning at the end of the day and after troubleshooting, found that the new rail was binding up. He replaced both the rail and opener and thoroughly tested the system to our satisfaction.
