Justin was very professional and took time to listen about the issues at hand. He let me explain without interruption as I showed him the failings of the mounts. Afterwards, Justin took the time and effort to show and explain corrections completed. During his explanation we had a discussion that the initial installation appeared to have not been done correctly. Based on comments, why am I having to pay $88 for a service call to fix the door when, had it been done correctly the first time, I wouldn’t of had to make a request for repair call?
