Precision Door were great. I especially appreciated the pre-meeting communication. We received texts and emails not only with our appointment time, but with a picture and small blurb about the tech coming over. This lends itself to a feeling of trust right away. Our tech who did our estimate was on time, courteous and very knowledgeable. We had a couple other bids that were close or even a bit lower, but we could just tell the quality of Precision Door. They were able to get us on the schedule within the next couple weeks, and our tech Matthew was great. He removed our old, rickety door and opener and installed our new door and opener in about 4hrs. We are thrilled with the new door and will definitely recommend Precision Door to anyone who asks. Thank you!

The service tech Nathan was a pleasure to work with. He was very efficient and thorough evaluating and resolving the issue with the door. He phoned in that he was ahead of schedule and was able to complete his work in about an hour.
He was very respectful of my home and property. He left my garage in the same condition as when he arrived.

Color originally ordered based on Amarr website availability was subsequently declared unavailable after order made to Amarr. Door took 6 months to arrive despite repeated silly emails stating "Our team has checked on your door and is still working around the clock." Every time I received one of those emails I envisioned employees twiddling their thumbs around the clock. Strongly suggest you rewrite the text in those emails--Everyone made me question my order.
To get the color Amarr originally promised, I had to paint the door before installation. I'll never buy another Amarr door and will warn off friends and family. Perhaps you should rethink your relationship with Amarr. A vendor that will not live up to its own published promises make Precision look bad.
Precision employees were great. Salesman at times hard to get a hold of.

We got our new garage doors and one garage door opener installed and we are very satisfied with the installation service. Mark is very punctual. He called us an hour before arrival and was here right on time. Very friendly, professional and also assessed perfectly by what time he would finish the work. Very impressive. He did finish in the time he mentioned. We verified both doors are operating perfectly. He helped set up the pin/key for new garage opener. Very very happy with the service. An excellent technician!

Our garage door wouldn’t go down so after a quick Google search we landed on Precision because of the easy online booking. Mike called us with an ETA the day of our appointment which was extremely helpful! He got to work right away and assessed our garage door motor had burnt out. Luckily we had a new motor on hand and he installed it very quickly. We had a similar problem at our last house and comparatively the price was very fair for the work. It has been about a week and our garage door has worked flawlessly. Highly recommend Precision and Mike!
