Mr.Lay was a very knowledgeable repairman. He contacted me without the appointment time and informed me when he would arrive. Mr. Lay arrived exactly at the time given and promptly began working. He was able to locate the issue with my garage door opener and replace the part. Mr. Lay also explained the issue with me and how the fix would work. After he repaired the issue he tested and retested to confirm the fix worked. Mr. Lay then cleaned up his work area before he left. I would recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service to anyone having an issue with their garage. Thank you
