Could not find source of the issue with why had to hold down garage opener button for the door to go all way down. Possibility that the door sensors could be problem. Murphy's law prevails.

5 star service- Well deserved!!Tech-Robert Mathews arrived at my residence to repair my garage door on time and called to let me know he was enroute.He was very professional and listened to what the problem was and provided me with the information on how to fix it.Robert was not only knowledgable but also gave me a few estimates explaining each one,and what they entailed and what the cost would be.I took the higher estimate because I knew that this employee knew his job very well.He got right to work and wasted no time.I do want to say,that when someone takes the time to explain to the customer what exactly you are paying for and what he will do to repair the garage door-makes all the difference to that Customer.I will be coming back because I can trust,that even the next time I will get that same excellent customer service.The entire experience overall 5 stars.The garage door sounds brand new & very quiet.
