The service call was for a lift gate we had go down. WE had two different techs come out and either one helped. The first one never put a meter on a device and just looked at the buttons. he said he was going to bring out a lift person who can trouble shoot. The next person came out for maybe a half hour and notified me that we need to bring an electrician out and they couldnt help. On your web site it says you do lift repairs and we had no help from the techs coming out.

Austin Kephart was an excellent technician to work with and who quickly got our garage door operating again by resetting a door roller back into the roller track. The door spring was not broken but he felt it was in need of replacement and provided an estimate for doing that.

Our garage door spring broke and I was worried that we couldn't get it fixed because it was a Friday evening. To my surprize they were able to come out the next day (Saturdat) and repair the garage door. Our tech (Robert) was wonderful. He arrived on time explained in detail what he was going to do and made sure it was working properly before he left. I would highly recommend this company. They were the ones that replaced our door and they really stand behind there products that they sell. Kudos to Precision Door Service!! They're the best.
