We had amazing service from first contact to installation. Our sales rep Kat and our installer Dan were both knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to respond to questions. We already referred Precision to our neighbors as our experience was great. Even with supply chain issues and some hiccups, our door was delivered and installed in the time frame quoted. Carl Richardson is a valuable asset to your company. He was polite, considerate, respectful, knowledgeable, conscientious and diligent. After unfortunate accidental damage to our garage window and insulation panels during door-spring troubleshooting & repair, Carl persevered in his efforts to rectify the damage, and was communicative along the way. Although not all repairs/replacement of panels was possible due to the lack of access to appropriate parts, Carl did his best to reach an acceptable resolution. We would absolutely want to work with Carl again if needed in future.

Our parking lot gate was having issues and we tried calling automated gates (who installed it) and they said were 6 weeks out. We called Precision Door and they came out the very next day. It was hot and he spent 2 hrs in the sun running tests and trying to figure it out but unfortunately by that time it was working again so it was impossible to diagnose. He gave us his honest opinion and I didn’t feel like he was selling us on anything. He explained exactly what to do and look for next time it happens (because it always does) We will never call anyone else but Precision Door in the future!! We couldn’t thank them enough for their hard work!
