He explained to me what he had done and gave some tips to prevent further problems from happening. Also, the ladies who took my request for assistance were very professional and kept me informed of necessary appointment changes due to the inclement weather. Excellent! Excellent! Wes came out Dec 11, 2021, and gave an estimate, he was informative, helpful, professional. Today, Dec 21, 2021, the new garage door was installed by Dan and Chris. It showed they took pride in their work. They did a great job taking out the old door and installing, testing the new one. Dan walked me through the remote functions, that was helpful. Very happy to have the new door, no more scaping ice off the car windows in the winter. Less chance the car will be vandalized. Alexandra Jesse

Very personable, gave good info, were thorough. Didn’t address the pneumatic sensor or the optic eye sensor on the door either, but hopefully those safety mechanisms will be included in the estimate. There was no power to the current door mechanism, and the motor didn’t work and was not fixable, so it is probably not relevant to keep them anyway and the new one will hopefully have those features. Thank you.

My Precision Door Service on December 8, 2021 was five stars excellent. In spite of the West Seattle bridge closure, the technician arrived on time and very quickly showed me that an outside ivy plant had grown through the door edge opening and was blocking the open/close red/green safety lights which are required for normal operation. All he had to do was move the ivy plant stem and leaves outside and everything worked perfectly again. Total time was about 30 minutes and I sure learned quickly what to do if it happens again. This service was excellent because of the fast response, my learning about the importance of the red and green lights and the quickness of solving the problem did not impact my busy work schedule on other activites.
