Kyle from the Lynnwood Precision branch was super awesome. This was my first time hiring Precision and so I didn't know what to expect aside from the good reviews I had read on-line. Kyle was on-time, super-professional, courteous, and expert in his repair of our two garage doors (where one extension spring from each door had failed). Kyle took time to listen to my questions, explain what work he recommended and showed me afterwards what he did. I appreciated hiring Precision this time, and will definitely call them back, if I need help in the future. Pricing was very reasonable and competitive, and Kyle's service was outstanding. PRECISION scheduled an estimate 1 day after I requested a bid. The estimator, Craig, called to let me know he'd be arriving within15 minutes. He was on time for the scheduled appointment. Craig was polite, friendly and answered all our questions. It was clear Craig knew Precision's line of products. We plan to retain Precision. Very pleasant experience!

My 10+ year old garage door opener was lost in my car in a tight place under a rug and my driver's electric car seat. Robert found it quickly (which I couldn't), repaired the old one and provjded me with a new one and checked the operation with both switches. The whole operation was fast and efficient.
