Kyle from the Lynnwood Precision branch was super awesome. This was my first time hiring Precision and so I didn't know what to expect aside from the good reviews I had read on-line. Kyle was on-time, super-professional, courteous, and expert in his repair of our two garage doors (where one extension spring from each door had failed). Kyle took time to listen to my questions, explain what work he recommended and showed me afterwards what he did. I appreciated hiring Precision this time, and will definitely call them back, if I need help in the future. Pricing was very reasonable and competitive, and Kyle's service was outstanding.
