The service tech (Sean) gave us a quote, and then had the door fixed within a few hrs. Nick our Installer was so courteous and efficient, and he truly cared about making sure we were absolutely satisfied after a warehouse processing error necessitated him to have to back and change out our window panel style and also install the rubber seal at the bottom of the garage door. He’s a true gentleman and we really appreciate his great customer service! Our new garage door is beautiful and our new belt drive is amazingly quiet!
