The Precision tech, Chasen Leone, arrived on time, even though it was a rare Seattle snow day! He quickly diagnosed our issues and explained our repair options thoroughly, with no "upselling." The work was completed quickly and efficiently, and Chasen cleaned up all of the repair clutter. He answered any questions I had, demonstrated that all of the repaired parts were working perfectly, and made sure that I understood all of the functions and features of our garage door system before departing. Chasen is a true professional and a pleasure to work with!

Chasen was on time, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He identified the cause of our broken garage door, fixed it along with the underlying cause to prevent future problems, and also found a couple of other unrelated issues that he fixed as well. He was done in a little less than an hour, and everything was under warranty. It couldn’t have gone any better. We were also grateful that Precision was able to get someone out to our house the next day after we called, even though we called on a Saturday and they had to come out on Sunday.
