I had a great experience with Jake Bawden from Precision garage door service. He was out the same day that I called in for repair. He explained the quality of the garage door I had and that it would not need replacing, what I would need to replace the door to make it work, and then was very helpful in choosing a better belt driven motor system, and all the supplies to make our garage door very quiet. Our master bedroom is right above our one car garage and the difference and how quiet it is is amazing! With the various home improvements I have had to do overtime this was the best experience I’ve had and it was worth every penny!

technicians are always very polite and helpful understanding what is the apparent problem. It reminds me to schedule annual service to avoid any unforeseen issues. But even though we had had a quirk or two, the tech was able to take care of the situation in no time at all. My only surprise, and I should not be, is that it is $59.99 to drive here and another $59.99 for the 5 minutes of service. I am sure this is standard in the business. Thank you, Patty Reid

Jeffree Pfeifer did an outstanding job on a complex door installation for a 1920's existing carriage door retrofit. His team cleverly configured the springs to fit in a small space, maximizing the headroom and clearance for the doors. They did a great job framing the new opening and making sure everything fit snug at the end. I am very pleased with the quality of the new doors and the final installation.

Actually purchased drive/door/opener package. Bad: was not informed of service fee for visit on the phone. This ended up be irrelevant both because I made a purchase, and because, upon hearing this, Jake waived the fee the moment I said something. Good: Everything else. Package options were easy to understand. Recommendations from Jake were in direct alignment with my goals and requirements. This is my second purchase with Precision. Both times 5 stars. No, they are not the cheapest, they shouldn't be.

We enjoyed superior customer service from the initial call through to the install. I called on a Saturday around noon to talk to someone about a new garage door and new opener. We were in a bit of a hurry since our old opener was in sorry shape. They were able to send their estimator, Wes, to our home that same afternoon! Wes was knowledgeable and very professional and gave us a bid that same day after discussing various options with us. He said it might take as long as 4 weeks to get the door. We paid the deposit and then less than two weeks later we got the call that the door was available and were able to schedule the install for 2 days later. Yesterday the installer came exactly as scheduled and completed the work exactly as planned. The door works great and we are very satisfied. I highly recommend Precision Door Service.

Jordan just installed a new garage door. He had been given the wrong key opener cable so he couldn’t install that which is a problem for us if the power goes out—(the garage door is the only door to our garage. So he said to park on the street until you folks could send someone out to install the key opener. SO PLEASE SEND SOMEONE OUT! Otherwise, the door seems great and Jordan did a fine job as far as I can tell. Best, Scott
