Bryson was just wonderful. He was prompt, quick, clear and helpful. He explained the problem clearly, explained my options, and even unfastened the half-detached opener from the ceiling and laid it on the floor for me, so it wouldn't detach the rest of the way and fall on someone's head. He was great, give him a promotion quick!
