Our garage door wouldn’t go down so after a quick Google search we landed on Precision because of the easy online booking. Mike called us with an ETA the day of our appointment which was extremely helpful! He got to work right away and assessed our garage door motor had burnt out. Luckily we had a new motor on hand and he installed it very quickly. We had a similar problem at our last house and comparatively the price was very fair for the work. It has been about a week and our garage door has worked flawlessly. Highly recommend Precision and Mike!

Austin is very nice and polite and professional. I have rental property with garage door close problem, he tried to diagonized it and fix with service fee. And also check the garage door and found the spring and roller is near end of life. I have used precision for long time, they always give fast response, even one snow night, they arrange service to fix the defected garage door.

Great service! I really appreciate the online booking option. It made it very convent for us to select a time that worked with our schedule. Mike called when he was one his way so I knew exactly when he would arrive which was very helpful. He got to work right away and was able to assess our garage door motor had burnt out and replace it quite quickly.
