I'm so glad I had my garage door checked by Bryson from Precision Door. He was very friendly and punctual. I explained to Bryson the issue I was having and he did a 360 degree multipoint check almost, from the motor to the wirings to the sensor, everything! So far, no issues anymore. Excellent customer service and I would highly recommend him, thanks again Bryson!

In 2008, I had Precision fix a broken garage door torsion spring. Per recommendation of the tech and supported by online advice, I had both springs replaced at the same time. Knowing that the springs would have a limited life span and planning on staying in this home for a decade or two, I purchased the lifetime warranty on the springs. In early 2021, one of the springs broke after 4428 days of service. This is consistent with the typical spring lasting 10,000 cycles, because we opened our garage door at least twice daily. I call Precision to use the warranty. They were able schedule a 2 hour service time window the same day. Their technician, Mike called about 30 minutes before arriving. He was very easy to work with regarding the replacement under warranty. I am very happy with the service.

We had one old garage door opener from the 1990s and one door that had never had an opener. Karlou was excellent. Worked quickly to solve any issues we had and got two functioning garage door openers working great for us. We couldn't be happier. I would definitely work with him and hire Precision again.
